Discover Communications Inc. will ask for your name, home address,
email address (mandatory), and request some or all of the following
personal information depending on the purchase transaction: Driver’s
License number, Date of Birth, Major Credit Card information, Social
Insurance Number, Business Address, Shipping Address.

me?
Discover Communications Inc. representing and servicing Rogers
Wireless Inc. products and services collects and uses your name, email
address and other personal information, for example, to provide you
with a product or service that you requested. This information also
enables Discover Communications Inc. and/or Rogers Communications Inc.
to develop and customize products or services to better meet your
needs and preferences and to offer you products and services from
Discover Communications Inc., Rogers Communications Inc. any of its
affiliated companies within the Rogers group of companies, and other
sources that may be of interest to you.
Does Discover Communications Inc. share my personal information? If
so, with whom?
Discover Communications Inc. will not release your personal
information with these exceptions:
When you give us permission to do so;
When we believe in good faith that the law requires it;
To protect the rights or property of Discover Communications Inc.
and/or Rogers Communications Inc. or its affiliates;
Under limited circumstances specifically described to you when we
collect the information, such as in a Terms of Service or Use
agreement, or in the rules of sweepstakes or other promotions;
To affiliated companies within the Rogers group of companies.
When else might Discover Communications Inc. use my personal
information?
Subject to confidentiality agreements, Rogers Communications Inc. may
match aggregated, statistical user information to parameters
established by third parties, without releasing user information. This
aggregated information does not contain any personally identifiable
information. For example, we may disclose aggregated user statistics
(such as, 31% of our users are professionals) in order to describe our
site or services to trading partners, advertisers, other third parties
and for other lawful purposes.
Will my information be used by Discover Communications Inc. for direct
mailings?
Discover Communications Inc., Rogers Communications Inc. or Rogers
affiliated companies may send you information about our products or
services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive
direct mailings, all you have to do is say so when you give us your
personal information. If you have given permission and change your
mind, you can ask to be taken out of future direct mailings.

Discover Communications Inc. collects IP addresses for the purposes of
system administration and to create aggregate statistical reports for
advertisers.
What else should I know about my privacy?
