Certified Pre-Owned devices are here!
Today, we’re launching our new Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Device program, to provide a low-cost and eco-friendly way for Rogers Business customers to get "like new" or "lightly used" mobile devices.
You will find Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices in the new “Device Condition” drop-down filter on the Devices screen in all instances of Rogers Direct (RD). Drop-down filters include:
- Brand New
- Certified Pre-owned – Like New
- Like-new devices are minimally used devices that look and function as good as new
- Certified Pre-owned – Lightly Used
- Lightly Used devices are gently used and may have some visible marks but function as good as new
Peace of mind
CPO devices are thoroughly tested by our certified technicians and confirmed to be fully functional. Additionally, we back all CPO devices with a 30-day return policy plus a non-manufacturer Rogers warranty. This warranty covers 6-months for Apple devices, and 12 months for all other devices (note: if a replacement is required, CPO devices will be replaced with CPO devices). Devices are also eligible for Device Protection but not AppleCare+.
